It takes a village....
Recent research states that our bodies, brains, digestion, anxiety, energy, and trauma all play a role in our overall health and happiness.
I have been lucky to find and collaborate with several brilliant minds and pioneers in their field. It has been my personal and clinical experience that treating the mind and body concurrently may help you achieve your wellness goals more quickly.
Below are some providers with whom I have had great success, as well as links to their websites, which could complement your healing journey.
Optimum Health Chiropractic
Office: 732-528-9090

Manasquan, NJ 08736
Dr. Veera Gupta & Dr. John Volpe
Dr. Veera Gupta is an award-winning licensed Chiropractor serving the Manasquan, Brielle, Point Pleasant, and Wall communities. She has also been a keynote speaker and author, as well as embracing the roles and work-life balance of loving mom and wife.
Dr. Gupta uses cutting-edge training and research adapted to a “whole person approach.” This approach to wellness means looking for the underlying causes of any disturbance or disruption, which may or may not be causing symptoms at the time, and selecting interventions and lifestyle adjustments that may optimize the conditions for normal function and enhanced performance.

Dr. John Volpe is a Palmer College of Chiropractic graduate, known as the Fountainhead, where chiropractic began. While at Palmer, Dr. Volpe focused on sports injury and a whole-body wellness approach to restore optimum health. While at Palmer, Dr. Volpe was trained in several state-of-the-art adjusting techniques, including Palmer Package, Diversified, Toggle Recoil, Gostead, Thompson, Activator, and Flexion-Distraction.
Dr. John Volpe was initially introduced to Chiropractic care after injuring his lower back cliff diving in Wyoming. Before being treated, he spent six months with debilitating pain and neurological dysfunction until a chiropractor was able to correct the problem without the use of medications.

Read research here:
Unlike traditional neurofeedback, IASIS MCN Neurofeedback produces fast results in a limited number of sessions, and the ease and simplicity of treatment all distinguish it from traditional neurofeedback.
IASIS MCN produces a measurable change in brainwaves, yet is imperceptible to the patient and requires no conscious effort.
The result is an improved brainwave state and much greater ability for the brain and nervous system to regulate itself.
Our experience shows that 85% of patients report a positive response within one to three treatments.
Patients suffering from mild/moderate traumatic brain injury (TBI), PTSD, migraines, insomnia, depression, ADD/ADHD, anxiety, and a host of other neurological disorders report a significant reduction in symptoms, improved sleep and reduced impulsivity.
These reported changes are generally enduring and sustainable.
"I believe in this technology as an effective tool to reduce symptoms such as PTSD, mTBI [concussion], migraine & headache, diminishing impulsivity & anxiety, & potentially helping with numerous other conditions such as addiction to smoking, improving memory & sleep."

Erin earned a BS in Nutrition and Dietetics from Montclair State University, completed her Dietetic Internship and became an RD through UMDNJ (University of Medicine and Dentistry).
After 5 years of practicing as an RD, specializing in Gastrointestinal disease and Eating disorders, She became a certified Dietitian in Functional Medicine (Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics) and completed coursework through IFM (The Institute for Functional Medicine).
Having this training and experience, She was able to help diagnose/treat her son with LYME disease and PANDAS (Pediatric Autoimmune Neuropsychiatric Disorders Associated with Streptococcal Infections).
